India to commit 860K to Ghanaian ICT development

The Times of India reports on a recent deal signed for the government of India to invest $860,000 to develop information and communications technology in Ghana. The money and expertise will be invested in the Ghana-India Kofi Annan ICT Centre for Excellence, specifically in training and education.
